About the assignment:I led the Digitas team in partnership with vendor I.B.M. to develop the first e-commerce enable website for L.L.Bean. I directed the development of the on-line ordering and catalog navigation which adapted L.L.Bean customer service best practices to the online space. I also redesigned the graphic look and feel to reflect a more contemporary style. |
